Vacuum Tubes of Vacuum Tube Solar Energy Water Heating Systems, are double layered glass tubes. Outer surface is coated with special material (AL-N/AL), while water remains inside. A surface created by this material is able to absorbs 93% of solar rays and emit them to water. When the air between the iner and outer tube is vacuumed, it restricts the outer cold air from penetrating into the water's heat.
Natural circulation of the water
When the accumulation of the hot water in the inner tube decreaes, the hot water begins to rise in its tank and simultaneously the cold water starts flowing down to the tubes.
ADVANTAGES OF VACUUM TUBE WATER HEATERS;
Productivity is high even in winters. The vacuum between two glass tubes, resists passing
out the heat. This characteristics keeps its performance substantially high.
It has high performance perennially.
Omru uzundur.-25C de dahi çalışır.Antifiriz gerektirmeyen yapıya bile sahiptir.
It has a long life and operates even at -25° C. Its structure does not require anti-freeze.
The sections touching the water are made of 304 quality chrome-nickle materials.
Isolation of the hot water tank is made of 5 cm thick polyurethene.
Astetically equipped with tank and tubes.
Assembling is quite simple

About VacuumTube
Solar vacuum tubes is the main component of solar water heater and collectors. The evacuated tube is similar to a conventional thermos bottle and consists of two borosilicate glass tubes, with high chemical and thermal shock resistance. The inner tube is coated with a sputtered solar selective surface film. the tube jacket is evacuated to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection. .

Each evacuated tube consists of two glass tubes. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass, that is able to resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter. The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass, but coated with a special selective coating (Al-N/Al) which features excellent solar heat absorption and minimal heat reflection properties. The air is withdrawn (evacuated) from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuum, which eliminates conductive and convective heat loss.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Natural circulation of water. System does not require an additional power supply for its operation. With its special feature of natural circulation of cold and hot water in the air tightened tube, when the consistency of the heating water starts decreasing , it begins flowing towards the hot water tank present at the upper side. When the consistency of water in the hot water tank start increasing, it begins flowing downward to give up its place to hot water coming down from the upper side. With thissystem a natural circulation takes place and inside heating water is stored
Outer tube has been made of borosilicate material which is endurable to pressures. İt is endurable even against 25 mm hailstones. Inner tube is made of the same material, but is coated with special selective surface ( Al-N/Al ). With this special coating, itis able to obsorb and transmit nearly 93% of sun rays.
Inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel.
Insulatıon material is polyurethene foam.
Leakage resistant material is silica gel whose life is sufficiently long.
Electric heater ( resistance ) can be connected with system on demand.
ADVANTAGES OF BEING PLANE OF VACUUM TUBE SUN COLLECTORS.
The vacuum between two tubes makes the chance of heat loss possibly minimum during transmission and carriage. This vacuum resists stealing of heat from tubes by cold, rainy, snowy and windy weathers. Therefore, the system is usable throughout the year. In old model collectors heat loss was high due to vacuum within them. Vacuum tube sun collectors do not need antifreeze. In -18°C and open cloudy weathers, it can produce hot water.
In old system collectors, additional antifreeze is necessary in cold weathers. Even then, these systems lose their productivity under -0°C . In old solar energy models, due to material used, staining, calcification clogging problems are frequent and immense.
In our system, in hot water tanks, polyurethene of 50 mm thickness having very low coefficient of heat transmission , is used. Due to this, hot water is saved for a long period in cold weathers. In old models solar energy systems, generally glass wool is used. Its. Heat retaining speciality is very low as comapred with polyurethene.
Cylinderical tubes take sun rays vertically throughout the day, and due to special coating reflexion is minimised. In these conditions, temperature rises in summers to 95°C and in winters to 55°C. Old model solar energy systems take the sun rays vertically only in the middle of the day; therefore, heat rmains at lower level in these systems.
