What are the places where solar energy is used?
A: Residential estates, central system apartments, hot water pools, commercial establishments; hotel, hospital and factory messes.

Are solar enrgy systems suitable only for regions where sun shines abundantly?
A : Turkey is a compartively country with sufficient sun shine. Therefore, water can be heated with solar energy at any place of the country. The solar energy systems are even being used in North European countries as frequently as in our country.

Does the system provide hot water only during the sun shine hours?
A: No, our systems provide hot water round the clock continuously. The water heated in the day time, is accumulated in insulated stores and remains available for use in the hours of no sun shine.

Is the solar energy system subject to particular season?.
A: As selective collector tubes are used in solar energy systems, hot water is available during all four seasons; if plane collectors of dull black colour, would have been used, the productivity in winter months should have to be lower.

Is the breakage of the vacuum tube possible? Is any precaution is necessary?
A:   As the vacuum tube is made with specially developed borosilicate glass, it is endurable against 2.5 mm dia hailstones. After the system is installed, breaking of the tube is quite rare. The msot important point to note is, if the tubes are empty and have remained in the sun for a long time, the temperature inside will rise upto 250°C. In this condition, cold water should not be given to the system. Otherwise, fractures in tubes due to thermal shock can take place.
